While we want everyone to be completely satisfied with their purchases, we understand that there are some instances where things don’t work out. If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, you have 30 Days from the day your Eyewear or Accessories order is placed to Exchange or receive a Full Refund in the form of your original payment. ONE courtesy *Remake can be honored, per paid order, within that 30-Day period. Contact Lenses may be returned or exchanged within 14 Days of the original purchase date and the box(es) must be unopened.
*Remakes are considered to be, but not limited to, anything pertaining to your eyewear order that needs to be redone by our associated labs.
